Registration

Registration is now open until 30 March 2016.


The fees are

  • 500 EUR for participants in a single room (early, until 29 February 2016),
  • 480 EUR for participants in a double room (early, until 29 February 2016),
  • 520 EUR for accompanying persons in a double room (early, until 29 February 2016),
  • 550 EUR for participants in a single room (late, until 30 March 2016),
  • 530 EUR for participants in a double room (late, until 30 March 2016),
  • 570 EUR for accompanying persons in a double room (late, until 30 March 2016).

The fees include accommodation, all meals, and the excursion. For the participants, they include the proceedings as well. The Workshop is supported by the SFB 823 with special funding for active participants.
There are only five double rooms. We think they should be reserved for couples.


For registration, please fill in the registration form given here (registration_form.docx or registration_form.pdf) and send a scan of the signed form to


moda11@statistik.tu-dortmund.de.


As soon as we have received the signed registration form, we will send (per e-mail) an invoice with payment details. Your registration is complete as soon as we have received your payment. Then we will send a receipt.


Oral presentation or Poster: Participants who want to give an oral presentation or intend to present a poster should write an abstract using the template given here (abstract_template.tex, abstract_template.pdf) and should send the LaTeX and PDF file of the abstract until 30 March 2016, to

moda11@statistik.tu-dortmund.de.

We expect that almost all who want to give a talk can do this, as it was the case in the past. However, if it turns out that we have too many talks, it may happen that some talks may have to shift to a poster. We will review the abstracts and will inform you about the decision before 30 April 2016.

Since we have only a limited number of places for the accommodation, we recommend to register (and pay) as soon as possible.

Payment
We only accept payments in Euro (EUR) by bank transfer made to the University of Zielona Góra. Please note that all bank charges and the bank transfer fee (where applicable) must be paid by the participant.

Upon receipt of the correct registration form, each participant will receive a confirmation email message containing any specifics of payment and account details.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made by writing to the MODA10 secretariat. Cancellations received before 1st June 2013 are refundable, but €100 wil be charged to cover processing and administration. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
