Forms and Certificates

Registration forms for the admission to Master Courses (Statistics or Data Science):

Before taking the first (oral) exam in the part of studies a registration at  the examination office of the faculty for statistics is necessary in sufficient time. All necessary forms can be dowloaded as pdf-files.

Statistics - B.Sc. / M.Sc. (incl. minor subject)


  • Registrations must take place two or three weks before the first exams, during free-periods some time earlier.
  • All necessary documents and certificates are denoted on the registration forms.
  • When the certificate of the school leaving examination is propunded (original or certified copy), a copy for the exam papers can be handed in.
  • Please tell us which certificate you wish to use in particular for your modules.


  • The examination office is also concerned with issuing several certificates, regarding studies (e.g. BAFöG, for the registry office or for the exemption from tuition fees (last exams until June, 30th or December, 30th respectively, Form (students office))
  • Forms are available at the particular offices.


Please mind the time limits! (Announcements can be found at the examination office)
For example: Registrations for exams at the faculty of economic and social sciences (BWL, VWL, Sociology as minor subject or Operations Research in the module Numerics/Computer assisted Statistics) or for exams at the faculty of Computer Science - normally until the first half of the period!

  • Issuing the assesment to the different courses

  • Issuing of certificates and transcript papers

  • Approval of certificates, collected at other universities

  • Issuing of approvals for final exams
